PROBLEM SOLVING
In this instance, the existing tile installation was faulty, causing water to leak through the ceiling to the lower floor. To remedy this situation, we uplifted the tiles and cleaned the area beneath. A new screed bed was laid and water-proofed and the drainage assembly was reset correctly.
We then manufactured a one-piece base. All falls, to allow for drainage, were calculated and then machined into the slab at our Auckland premises.
